About KidsNeuron

Key Responsibilities
• Make 150+ outbound cold calls (dials) per day to prospective students and parents.
• Counsel students and understand their learning and career goals.
• Explain KidsNeuron courses, internships, certifications, and placement programs.
• Guide prospects through the complete admission process.
• Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Convert leads into successful admissions while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the operations team for seamless student onboarding.
Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in the EdTech industry (Business Development,



Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or Admissions).
• Proven experience in cold calling and student counselling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to make 150+ outbound dials every day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1+ year of EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
