Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar) and mobile OS ecosystems (iOS, Android, Windows).
Solid skills in device configuration, policy management, application deployment, and security/compliance enforcement within an MDM environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues for mobile and endpoint devices.
Understanding of IT security principles, identity and access management, and data protection practices related to endpoints and mobility.
Ability to document procedures, create user guides, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support and security.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA) and hands-on experience in enterprise IT or endpoint management are highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
