Lead Associate – Pricing
Role Overview As a Lead Associate on the Pricing team, you will sit at the intersection of data science, finance, and marketing. You are not just "crunching numbers"; you are the architect of the pricing strategies that drive both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts to navigate competitive benchmarking, promotional modeling, and dynamic price adjustments across Myntra Fashion Brands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pricing Ownership: Design, implement, and refine pricing and discounting strategies across product categories to maximize revenue and gross margin targets.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and prioritize workflows for a team of analysts to execute day-to-day pricing operations, promotional event setups, and deep-dive analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance to align on margin targets, Marketing to plan promotional campaigns, and Category Management to optimize inventory liquidate/turnover schedules.
Advanced Analytics & Data Science:



Partner with Data Science engineering teams to enhance automated pricing engines, elasticity models, and demand-forecasting algorithms.
Competitive Benchmarking: Oversee continuous competitive intelligence tracking to inform dynamic adjustments and positioning in a fast-moving e-commerce landscape.
Performance Tracking: Build and manage KPI dashboards to track promotional ROI, margin erosion, price realization, and market share metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategy, or commercial operations (preferably within E-commerce or Retail).
Leadership: Proven capability or experience in managing/mentoring junior analysts and running cross-functional workstreams.
Technical Proficiency: Robust expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Familiarity with Python or R for statistica
