We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to join our Professional Services team supporting the implementation, configuration, and business analysis of our ConceptOne™ platform and advanced Identity & Access Management solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with expertise in SQL development, system configuration, business requirements gathering, and analysis. You will possess deep insurance domain knowledge and the ability to work directly with project teams to deliver scalable, compliant software configurations and data-driven solutions.

In this role, you will design and develop custom forms, reports, and database logic that support complex insurance workflows. You will conduct business requirements analysis,



perform system configuration and customization, and implement advanced configurations. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate functional requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.

Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Facilitate and elicit customer business requirements through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for complex insurance implementations.
Develop comprehensive documentation including business rules, use cases, and process flows.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and system design recommendations.
