This position will design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, maintainable, and secure Agentic AI systems and enterprise applications. You will work as a senior technical contributor on cutting-edge AI solutions, translating business requirements into creative technical implementations while adhering to client standards, engineering principles, and best practices. We are seeking an experienced software engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Agentic AI to drive innovation and deliver transformative AI-powered solutions.
Technical Excellence & Hands-On Development:
• Design, build, and deploy production-ready Agentic AI systems with focus on code quality, performance, and reliability
• Develop scalable multi-agent systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments
• Contribute technical expertise and mentorship to cross-functional engineering teams




• Drive engineering best practices and demonstrate technical leadership through exemplary code and architectural decisions

Agentic AI Development:
• Agentic AI Systems: Architect and implement adaptive, autonomous AI agents including multi-agent coordination, intelligent decision-making workflows, and proactive remediation capabilities
• Agent Orchestration: Build and optimize agent orchestration frameworks using platforms like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar technologies
• Production AI: Design and deploy LLM/SLM-powered applications with focus on reliability, observability, and continuous improvement

Innovation & Integration:
• Developer Tools: Create intelligent developer tools including AI-powered code assistants, automated testing frameworks, and observability integrations to enhance team productivity
• AI Workflows: Implement AI orchestration solutions to automate distributed agent workflows, data
