We are expanding our US IT Staffing team and hiring experienced professionals.

Open Positions

* US IT Bench Sales Recruiter – 4 Positions

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–4 years

Must have

2–4 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Must have experience in Full time (FTE) placements.
Must have strong, active relationships with Prime Vendors.
Candidates who work primarily through Implementation Partners will not be considered.
Strong understanding of US staffing, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants directly through Prime Vendors.




Generate quality C2C requirements through active Prime Vendor relationships.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and successfully close placements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Prime Vendors.
Minimum 1 placement per month

Incentives: Recurring performance-based incentives

Location:

* 1 month Remote
* Bachupally, Hyderabad (Onsite thereafter)
* Candidates residing near Bachupally are preferred.
