Technical supports to maintain the Chiller Plant Automation System UP time, System Auto operations as per agreed SLA of all Data center sites and Key Accounts Customers.
Technical inputs to the Service Ops team to resolve the Level 3 & Level 4 breakdown cases and Incident Analysis report to overcome future reoccurrence.
Warranty sites - System stability, Involve SME in on site /off site requirements to maintain the Up time of system
Support for quality improvement by providing feedback to regional and factory team on monthly basis
Review all global products notifications / cyber security alerts and highlight to all regional team to act on rectifications / prevention process.
