Role Description The Insurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Madurai Area, responsible for managing insurance portfolios, client relationships, and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client risk profiles, recommending appropriate commercial, industrial, and liability insurance products, and coordinating policy issuance,



renewals, endorsements, and documentation. The role involves overseeing claims support, ensuring timely follow-up with insurers, and guiding clients through claims procedures and settlement. The Insurance Manager will lead and mentor a team to meet sales and service targets, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold high standards of customer service and professional integrity. The position also includes preparing reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and client feedback to support business growth and product optimization.
