Assistant Order Entry Executive – OEM Sales

Working with Twin City Fan Company in the OEM Sales/Order Entry department with 4+ years of experience in customer order processing, order management, and sales operations.
- Manage and process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accurate order entry based on customer requirements.
- Work extensively with FS10 fan software for order creation, processing, and job management.
- Manage customer order information, supporting documents, and Order Submittals through SharePoint.
- Review POs and verify key details such as pricing, product specifications, customer information, and order requirements.
- Create and maintain Order Submittals to ensure accurate communication of customer requirements.




- Complete jobs in FS10 and export the processed job information into ZIP files for uploading and sharing through SharePoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify order-related requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within required timelines to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established order entry and sales processes.
- Support team members and contribute to improving order processing efficiency and accuracy.
