We are looking for an experienced and analytical Organic Growth professional with 6–7 years of experience who can drive SEO strategy, organic growth, and performance while effectively managing a team of 20+ members.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SEO, keyword research, technical and on-page SEO, analytics, competitor research, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, keyword clustering, search intent analysis, and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
Lead competitor analysis, backlink research, and SEO performance tracking using SEMrush,



Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Monitor website performance and search visibility through Google Search Console.
Analyze traffic, conversions, user behavior, and organic performance using Google Analytics.
Oversee on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and content recommendations.
Develop and implement technical SEO strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
Track key SEO metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
Lead content-led organic growth initiatives and collaborate with content and marketing teams.
Identify opportunities to improve rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall search visibility.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search developments, and industry best practices.
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 20+ members, ensuring productivity, quality, and achievement of SEO
