Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to build and manage the centralized HR function for the VANMOH Group.
The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, training, compliance and workforce planning across the group companies and branches.
This role will be particularly key as VANMOH scales its financial services and fintech operations.
Key Responsibilities1.



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all VANMOH group companies.
Prepare manpower plans based on business and branch expansion.
Handle recruitment for sales, finance, operations, customer service, management and support functions.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters and joining formalities.
Build relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals and institutions.
2. Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
Develop a structured employee onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Manage employee documentation and HR databases.
Ensure proper joining, confirmation, transfer and exit processes.
Maintain accurate employee master data.
Implement HRMS/HR technology for centralized employee management.
3. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate monthly
