Overview :
What You Will Do:
Support the QMS standards of AS9100.
Handle product and process Quality Inspection and monitor quality performance.
Responsible for providing monthly reports to Management on Quality performance Metrics.
Establish the company’s quality procedure, standards, and specifications.
Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.
Train & manage a team of quality control professionals (Stamp Control).
Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
Responsible for handling customer, supplier and internal Nonconformance.
Drive APQP, PPAP and PFMEA.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Around 5-6 Years in the quality function, driving the quality initiatives of the organisation.
AS9100 quality standards & prior experience with aerospace manufacturers.
Valuable knowledge of processes and quality procedures.
Working knowledge of inspection methods and aerospace manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PF
