About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who understands the complete sales process from generating interest and understanding customer needs to persuading prospects, handling objections, negotiating, and successfully closing property deals.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, understand buyer psychology, and know how to turn a serious prospect into a customer.
Key Responsibilities
Handle property inquiries and convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings.
Understand the customer's budget, requirements, lifestyle, and investment goals.
Present and explain properties in a transparent and convincing manner.
Build trust and create strong relationships with potential buyers.
Use effective sales, negotiation, and closing techniques to convert prospects.
Handle customer objections related to price, location, payment plans, possession, and investment value.
Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Conduct property/site visits and confidently present the property's key benefits.
Create urgency and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
Negotiate with customers while protecting the company's business interests.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales, booking, and revenue targets.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar high-value sales role.
Proven experience in closing property deals.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of CRM, Email marketing, and Ms. Excel.
Good understanding of buyer psychology and sales conversion techniques.
Confident personality with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to influence customers without being overly aggressive or pushy.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
