We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Supervisor to join our Home to Home (H2H) business vertical in Karnataka. Based out of Bijapur (Vijayapura) or Bangalore , the ideal candidate will lead ground-level teams, drive operational execution as per established SOPs, recruit and manage supervisors, and act as a key bridge between ground operations and Head Office (HO).

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A-Operational Execution:
Ensure on-ground execution of activities planned by the Cluster Manager to deliver targeted results.
Prepare and maintain quarterly route plans to effectively cover operational territories across Karnataka.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving ground-level IT/system issues by coordinating with Head Office (HO).
B-Team Management & Recruitment:
Manage, guide, and support supervisors and ground teams across assigned Karnataka regions.
Source, interview, and recruit supervisors for ground execution.
Maintain regular ground connect with supervisors to understand, analyse, and resolve operational queries and challenges.
C-Performance Monitoring & Quality Audit:
Track and enforce supervisor performance in line with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct weekly performance audits of ground teams to maintain high deliverables and service standards.
Track supervisor attendance and ensure complete man-day delivery by vendor partners.
4. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in field operations, team supervision, or field delivery.
Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
