Role Description
Own the visual and creative direction for GlitrAI's Instagram - build a consistent, distinct design identity across posts, carousels, reels, and stories
Turn AI-generated images and videos into polished, on-brand, publish-ready content - you'll be styling and refining, not generating from scratch
Curate and sequence carousels and posts with strong visual hierarchy, rhythm, and cohesion - not just "make it look nice" but "make it feel like one identity"
Write short, sharp captions and hooks that match the visual tone and drive engagement
Bring storytelling instinct to every post - think about what a post communicates, not just how it looks




Learn AI video generation and editing tools as they evolve - you'll be trained on tools, not on taste
Stay on top of Instagram/social design trends without blindly copying them - filter trends through GlitrAI's own aesthetic
Collaborate with the founding/marketing team on content ideas and campaign concepts
Other requirements
A genuine, demonstrable eye for design - this is the single most significant requirement. We're hiring for taste first, tools second.
Comfort with Canva/Figma is a plus, not a prerequisite — we'll train the right person on tools if the aesthetic sense is there
Basic storytelling and copywriting instinct for social media (captions, hooks, short-form text)
Willingness to learn new AI tools for video generation/editing
Ability to move fast without losing consistency across formats
