Role Description The 3D Visualizer at Akasa Coworking will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings,



and walkthroughs that accurately represent proposed workspace designs and concepts. This full time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves collaborating closely with design, project, and marketing teams to translate architectural plans and interior design concepts into visually compelling digital assets. Daily tasks include developing 3D models, applying appropriate materials and lighting, refining visuals based on feedback, and ensuring design outputs align with brand standards and project requirements. The role also includes preparing presentation-ready graphics, assisting with design iterations, and maintaining an organized library of 3D assets and reference materials.
Qualifications
Create 3D models, Rendered layouts, and realistic renders for coworking and commercial interior projects.
Develop 3D concepts for reception areas, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeterias, and common areas.
