Role Description The Business Development Manager at NoBroker HR will focus on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships,



and expanding the organization’s client base. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area involves prospecting and engaging potential corporate clients, HR partners, and other stakeholders, understanding their needs, and positioning NoBroker’s solutions effectively. The role includes managing the end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation, presentations and demos, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners for repeat and cross-sell opportunities. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine offerings, gather market feedback, and support implementation for key accounts. The position requires regular performance tracking, reporting on pipeline and revenue forecasts, and adherence to compliance and internal processes.
