Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions for the MMA Matrix gym facilities across the country. This full time, on-site role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for trainers, front desk staff, and support teams. Daily activities include handling employee relations, maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing attendance and payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The Human Resources Manager will support performance management, coordinate training and development initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the brand’s fitness-focused values. The role also involves collaborating with management on workforce planning, HR reporting,



and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Indian context.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle multiple HR processes and priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and build trust with staff at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidential information, demonstrate sound judgment, and handle sensitive employee issues professionally.
Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software, and comfort working with spreadsheets and basic HR reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
