Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading sales activities and driving revenue growth for aluminum systems and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts,



and building strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and distributors. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure product suitability, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction. Regular tasks also include forecasting sales, tracking performance metrics, reporting to leadership, and contributing to pricing strategies, market analysis, and sales process improvements.
Qualifications
