About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Trainer with a strong background in the Interior Design or Home Interiors industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs and designing and delivering effective learning programs to enhance the capabilities and performance of employees across Sales, Design, Operations, Project Execution, and other business functions.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the end-to-end home interiors business and customer journey, along with excellent training, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs and skill gaps across different teams and functions.
Design and deliver training programs for Sales,



Interior Design, Design & Sales, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Operations, and other teams.
Conduct structured induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
Develop training modules on sales, customer experience, communication, product knowledge, design processes, project execution, and behavioural skills.
Create engaging training content, including presentations, training manuals, SOPs, assessments, and learning materials.
Conduct classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
Work closely with Business Heads and Functional Managers to understand business requirements and develop relevant training interventions.
Develop and manage monthly and quarterly training calendars.
Conduct refresher training programs based on business requirements and performance gaps.
Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and employee performance improveme
