Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build strong relationships
with architects and interior designers.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Networks: Connect with top architects and interior design firms to build lasting
business partnerships.
• Get Specified: Get our execution and manufacturing capabilities included in early project
plans.
• Manage Sales: Handle architect inquiries from initial meeting to contract signing and project
handover.




• Team Alignment: Work with our internal design and technical teams to create custom
proposals for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 + years of experience in B2B channel sales (luxury interiors, real estate, or premium
building materials).
• Existing contacts with architects and interior designers.
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to hit sales targets.
