Role Description The Executive Assistant role at V Vision 7 is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing internal and external communications. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, drafting and reviewing correspondence,



maintaining records and documentation, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion. The role also involves coordinating with project teams, clients, and vendors, assisting with meeting minutes and agendas, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will contribute to smooth office operations and provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
