Role Description The Internet Consultant role at Justdial is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur. The Internet Consultant will engage with business owners and customers to explain Justdial’s online services and JD Omni solutions, helping them enhance their digital presence and business performance. Responsibilities include meeting clients,



understanding their requirements, providing tailored consultations, and supporting them in listing, updating, and optimizing their profiles on Justdial’s platforms. The role also involves promoting relevant services, coordinating with internal teams, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences throughout the engagement cycle. The Internet Consultant is expected to maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on leads, and work toward achieving defined targets.
