This role will primarily support the day-to-day operations of the Deloitte Global Contingent Labor Program by managing key operational activities while contributing to program enhancements. The analyst will ensure operational excellence by delivering timely onboarding support, maintaining accurate workforce data, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and supporting continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer end-to-end processes for contingent workforce events, such as onboarding, assignments, extensions, and offboarding.
Update and maintain accurate contingent worker records in SAP Fieldglass and SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
Provide operational support, including assisting with candidate lifecycle activities, process execution, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with the data management team to reconcile workforce data and support regular audits for data integrity.
Handle routine inquiries and provide first-line support for business stakeholders, Procurement, HR and other operational teams for proper resolution.
Assist with reporting and analytics by preparing standard and ad-hoc operational reports related to contingent workforce metrics.
Support process improvement initiatives and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for current or enhanced system failures.
Identify operational risk, process gaps, and opportunities for automation or continues improvement.
