Role Description The Analyst and Site Engineer/Valuation Surveyor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.



The role involves conducting property inspections, site measurements, and technical assessments of real estate assets across residential, commercial, and specialized properties. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying data, preparing valuation reports, supporting construction finance and mortgage-related assessments, and assisting in due diligence exercises. The role also requires coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and contributing to feasibility and market studies. The position is suited for individuals who are comfortable working in office, traveling to project locations, and applying both technical and analytical skills to support accurate real estate valuations.
