Overview

The Associate Vice President – Global Field HR / HRBP Delivery, GCoE will lead the Field HR / HRBP Delivery vertical within Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS). The role partners with Divisional Field HR / HRBP leaders and staff to develop the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for delivering Field HR / HRBP services within GHRSS. Additionally, this role bears responsibility for identifying opportunities to enhance the service portfolio,



drive adoption, and deliver operational excellence. The role serves as the primary liaison between GHRSS and business-facing HR teams, fostering alignment, continuous improvement, and long-term growth

Responsibilities:
Define and drive the strategic vision for evolving HRBP and Field HR support capabilities, enabling the team to deliver high-value advisory and business partner services.
Lead the strategy, transition, standardization, and ongoing delivery of Field HR / HRBP services within the GHRSS model, including identification of opportunities to broaden support capabilities.
Partner with Field HR / HRBP leaders and staff to define service strategies, evaluate transition and expansion opportunities, and establish scalable operating models that support business and talent priorities.
