About the Role
This is a distinctive opportunity for an HR leader to shape the people agenda for a high-growth India organization, influence business strategy and build scalable people solutions that support Alight’s next phase of transformation.

The India HR Director will lead the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations functions across Alight’s India operations, supporting leaders and colleagues.

This highly visible leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing India’s people strategy. The HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor to the India Leadership Team, helping leaders navigate growth, organizational change, workforce complexity and talent priorities while strengthening a high-performance culture grounded in Alight’s values.
