About the role :
We’re looking for a Storytelling Video Editor with a filmmaker’s eye , someone who doesn’t just know how to edit footage, but knows how to see a story within the footage.
You should be able to look at a raw clip and quickly understand its potential: what the moment is saying, what it could feel like, what shots should come together, where the story should breathe, and how the final video should look and flow.





We’re looking for someone who can think, visualize and create, not someone who simply follows an editing process.
Experience is not the deciding factor. Software expertise alone isn't either. We care more about your creative instinct, storytelling ability, visual thinking and the quality of your work.

Key Responsibilities:
Turn raw footage into engaging, well-structured stories for long-form and short-form content.
Watch footage with a story-first and visual-first approach, identifying the strongest moments, emotions and possibilities within the footage.
Visualize the final edit while going through raw footage and quickly identify how a moment can be brought to life.
Build narratives with a clear sense of beginning, progression, emotion and payoff.
Create montages, sequences and visual narratives that communicate an idea without relying only on dialogue.
Make solid decisions around shot selection, pacing, rhyth
