Role Description The Workforce Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District, responsible for supporting workforce planning and daily staffing operations. This position coordinates schedules, monitors attendance, and helps ensure appropriate coverage across teams to meet service and project requirements. The Workforce Coordinator tracks and analyzes workforce metrics, prepares reports,



and collaborates with managers to adjust staffing levels based on volume and operational needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, assisting with process improvements, and communicating staffing changes and updates to relevant stakeholders. This position works closely with operations, human resources, and team leaders to support efficient, compliant, and consistent workforce management.
Qualifications
Experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, or resource planning in a service or operations environment.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends in staffing and productivity.
Proficiency with workforce management tools, spreadsheets, and common office software; comfort working with databases or HR systems is beneficial.
