We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Role Overview
As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for managing assigned sections, supervising stewards, coordinating with the kitchen and management, and ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide warm, professional service throughout their dining experience.
Guide guests through the menu and recommend food, wine, and cocktail pairings.
Manage assigned tables/sections and supervise stewards.
Ensure smooth order taking, food serving, clearing, and table turnover.
Maintain strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine,



ingredients, wine, and signature cocktails.
Ensure table setup, glassware, cutlery, cleanliness, and presentation meet brand standards.
Handle guest queries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
Manage POS order entry, billing, payments, and settlement of guest checks accurately.
Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and coordinate effectively with the floor, kitchen, and bar teams.
Guide junior staff and stewards during fast-paced operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management preferred.
2–4 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward in a premium fine-dining restaurant, high-end bistro, or luxury hotel.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
Good knowledge of food and wine.
Experience with POS handling.
Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
