Quest Alliance is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female or male fresher to join our Placement team as a Placement Intern . The intern will support learner outreach, placement coordination, employer engagement, and data management to strengthen employment opportunities for ITI graduates across Haryana.
Eligibility
female or male candidates (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or above
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valuable organizational and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
Open to frequent travel within Delhi NCR and Haryana
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Learner Outreach & Placement Support
Conduct aspiration and placement status calls with Haryana ITI alumni.
Follow up with alumni regarding employment opportunities and placement updates.
Maintain accurate learner records and placement-related information.
Collect and update placement evidence received through email or WhatsApp.
Employer Engagement
Generate, build, and maintain relationships with local employers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Support trade-specific job opportunity generation for Haryana learners.
Maintain regular follow-up with employer partners to strengthen engagement.
Placement Coordination
Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing placement drives and job fairs, as required.
Support pre-placement and post-placement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of placement initiatives.
