Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, explaining program offerings,



and supporting applicants in understanding admission requirements and timelines. The role involves participating in outreach activities, such as campus events, school visits, and information sessions, to attract suitable candidates. The Admissions Counselor will maintain accurate records of leads and applications, coordinate with academic and administrative teams, and contribute to admissions strategies that align with Athena’s mission. This position requires consistent interaction with prospective learners, families, and partners to ensure a welcoming and informative admissions experience.
