Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using PHP (Laravel), React, and modern cloud-native technologies. The candidate should also have practical knowledge of AI technologies, prompt engineering, RAG/MCP, and AI-assisted software development. You will be responsible for designing and developing distributed systems, implementing microservices, contributing to architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives, and leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and solution quality.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications.
Develop microservices-based applications using PHP (Laravel).
Build and consume RESTful APIs with OAuth2/JWT authentication.
Develop responsive user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Ajax.




Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
Design highly available, scalable, and maintainable distributed systems.
Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.
Implement caching strategies using Redis/Memcached.
Optimize MySQL databases through efficient queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve coding efficiency, code quality, debugging, testing, and documentation.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to effectively interact with and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for software development and business use cases.
Demonstrate working knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol), including their application in AI-powered systems and integrations.
