Role Description

FlobiTech Labs is looking for a Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our business performance in the hospitality technology market.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing revenue strategies, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing and sales performance for FlobiTech's products and services.

The role will involve working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition, increase revenue, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
* Analyze sales, pricing,



and market trends.
* Identify new business and revenue opportunities.
* Monitor revenue performance and prepare reports.
* Work with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Support forecasting, pricing, and business planning.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
* Robust analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of pricing, sales, and revenue strategies.
* Experience in hospitality or technology is a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.
* Ability to work full time, on-site in Pune.
