Role Description The Assistant Manager Lending Sales – Inside Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur.



This role focuses on driving lending sales by engaging MSME customers through phone, digital channels, and inbound/outbound leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements; guiding customers through the loan application process; and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. The Assistant Manager will track leads in CRM systems, follow up on pending cases, coordinate with credit and operations teams, and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves analyzing customer needs, providing appropriate product recommendations, maintaining high-quality customer interactions, and sharing feedback to improve processes and user experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, ideally within financial services or MSME lending.
