You will build the pipeline for our cybersecurity and managed IT business — reaching out to IT Heads, Compliance Officers, and MDs at manufacturing and NBFC companies across Pune and PCMC to open conversations about:
Security audits, vulnerability assessments, endpoint protection, firewall management, MDM — sold as managed services
TISAX compliance — mandatory cybersecurity certification for companies supplying to BMW, Mercedes, VW, and other automotive OEMs. High-value, low-competition in Pune's MIDC belt
ISO 27001 implementation advisory for manufacturing and financial sector clients
IT Managed Services AMC — server management, helpdesk, network monitoring, patch management — monthly recurring
Cloud migration and managed hosting on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

Role 02: - OfficeSIA, Project Management, SIA (AI Tool)
You will sell OfficeSIA — Skeletos's own HRMS platform — to HR Managers, Business Owners, and Finance Heads across Pune and Maharashtra. OfficeSIA is a one-time cost product with no per-user licensing, no monthly subscription,



and no hidden fees. You will be positioning it against Keka, Zoho People, Greytip, and HROne with a straightforward, powerful message:

OfficeSIA HRMS — attendance, biometric integration, shifts, onboarding, leave, payslips, reimbursement
POSH Incident Reporting — mandatory under the POSH Act 2013 for companies with 10+ employees. Strong hook with HR and legal decision-makers
Project Management & Timesheet module — task tracking, time logging, billing reports
SIA AI Assistant — employees ask HR questions, apply leave, and get reports via a chat interface. Major differentiator in the HRMS market.
