Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role based in Vadodara. The Marketing Assistant will primarily support BTN’s email marketing and newsletter activities across its global beverage industry brands, competitions, trade shows, and media platforms.





Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling email campaigns, preparing and formatting newsletters, coordinating email content and promotional materials, managing subscriber lists, and ensuring campaigns are sent accurately and on time. The candidate will also monitor key email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, and prepare regular campaign reports.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with broader marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, updating customer and lead data, and supporting communication with partners, clients, and internal teams. The role also involves preparing sales and marketing presentations, responding to routine customer inquiries, and coordinating promotions, events, and outreach initiatives.
