Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Dewas. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including planning production schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring output meets quality and safety standards. The role involves monitoring production performance, coordinating with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams, and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime.



The Production Manager will implement standard operating procedures, support regulatory and compliance requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes and productivity. This position also includes leading and mentoring production staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and reporting key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications

Experience managing production operations in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar manufacturing setting.
Strong skills in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Knowledge of quality systems, GMP or other regulatory compliance standards, and safety practices.
Ability to lead teams, supervise shift activities, and support performance management and training.
Competence in data analysis, reporting, and using manufacturing or ERP systems for monitoring and control.
