Role Description The Hub Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Tangla, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the logistics hub.



The role involves planning and supervising inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with delivery partners, fleet operators, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatches. The Hub Manager monitors performance metrics, manages staffing and shift schedules, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. This role also requires problem-solving operational issues in real time, optimizing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and maintaining clear communication with regional operations and client stakeholders. The Hub Manager is expected to use technology tools and dashboards provided by LoadShare to track hub performance and drive continuous improvement.
