What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Recruitment
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, databases and other relevant channels
Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active hiring requirements
Use targeted searches to identify suitable candidates across different functions
Candidate Screening
Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
Understand candidates’ experience, skills, current location, notice period, compensation expectations and career interests
Share relevant profiles with the HR team / hiring managers
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
Track interview feedback and candidate movement throughout the recruitment process
Maintain regular follow-ups to minimise candidate drop-offs
Hiring & Joining Support
Assist in managing candidates through the complete recruitment funnel
Support offer discussions and candidate follow-ups
Coordinate documentation and joining-related activities
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Support the HR team in ensuring positions are closed within defined timelines
