Department: Jr Business Development (Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience)
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Role Description This is a full-time, Business Development - desk based role in Mumbai. The Business Development professional will identify and pursue current business opportunities, including lead generation through research, networking, and outreach. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing proposals, and supporting the development of sales strategies. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting solutions, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related tools. Collaboration with internal teams to refine offerings, gather feedback from customers, and contribute to revenue growth will be a key part of this position.





Qualifications
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the Business Development Department and client management.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present solutions, and manage client interactions effectively.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Lead Generation, including outreach, networking, and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess the ability to work with sales and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software).
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management is beneficial.
