Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen Thangamayil’s brand presence and drive showroom footfall and sales. This full-time, on-site role based in Madurai involves managing campaigns across offline and digital channels,



coordinating promotional events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all retail outlets. The role includes conducting market and competitor analysis, collaborating with sales and operations teams, supervising creative development for advertising and in-store materials, and monitoring campaign performance against defined metrics. The Marketing Manager will also manage budgets, guide junior marketing staff, and work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
