We’re looking for a Video Content Creator & Editor to join our growing team at Brandwise Creations.
We’re not looking for someone who only edits videos. We’re looking for someone who can think, create, shoot and edit and be actively involved in the entire content creation process.
What you’ll be doing:
Edit Instagram Reels, brand videos, ads and short-form content
Come up with creative content ideas for our clients
Plan and prepare for content shoots
Create shot lists, references and basic shoot plans
Attend client shoots with our team
Shoot content using a camera/phone and handle basic lighting and audio
Capture engaging B-roll, product, food, lifestyle and brand content
Take ownership of the edit from raw footage to final output
Stay updated with social media trends and understand what makes content engaging
Work closely with our creative and social media team to develop content for different brands
What we’re looking for:
Strong video editing skills
Good understanding of Instagram/Reels and short-form content
Ability to shoot good-quality video, not just edit it
Strong sense of composition, framing, pacing and storytelling
Creative thinking and the ability to turn ideas into actual content
Comfortable attending shoots and working on location
Knowledge of editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar
Someone proactive, responsible and willing to experiment with new ideas
A good eye for aesthetics and detail
Most importantly: We want someone who can look at a brand and say, “I know what we should create for them.”
This is a work-from-office role in Bengaluru, with regular client shoots and on-location work.
