Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Health Insurance Agent role based in Rajnandgaon.



The Health Insurance Agent will educate prospective and existing customers on health insurance products, including chronic care and wellness-focused plans, and help them choose coverage suited to their needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations in person or by phone, explaining policy terms and benefits, and assisting customers with proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with policyholders, supporting claim-related queries, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. The agent will collaborate with internal teams, report sales activities, and contribute to meeting individual and branch sales targets while promoting ABHICL’s wellness-focused offerings.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Health Insurance and general Insurance products, with the ability to explain coverage, exclusions, and benefits clearly.
