Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline for solar operation and maintenance services. The Specialist will build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, deliver presentations, and support contract negotiations. Daily tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing sales and marketing materials, tracking performance metrics,



and collaborating with technical teams to align service offerings with customer needs. The role also requires providing customer support, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, professional support.
Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience in Training and coaching team members or partners on products, services, and sales processes.
Background in energy, solar, or related technical services is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, travel to client
