Location: Balewadi, Pune
Type: Full-time (Night Shift – U.S. Hours)
Work Week: Tuesday to Saturday (Sun + Monday Weekly Off)
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
Note - Verbal Communication needs to be excellent for US / international calling.

Compensation is 6L CTC Fixed.
Interns are welcomed as well who have no experience but have amazing communication skills.

Our Inside Sales Team plays a key role in connecting with homeowners and booking appointments for our partner agents.

This is where your sales career begins — talking to real U.S. customers, learning persuasive communication, and mastering up-to-date sales tools.

What You’ll Be Doing (Don’t worry, we train you on everything)

Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest
Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents
Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS
Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques
Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 3–6 months
