Role Description
TÓA 66 is looking for a Captain to join our team at Sathorn Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing the dining experience, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring seamless operations during service.

Key Qualifications




Fluent in spoken English with excellent communication skills
Experience in fine-dining hospitality
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Previous experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in a restaurant
A hospitality or culinary degree is a plus
