Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA strategies and processes across web,



API, mobile, performance, security, accessibility, and AI-related testing. The manager leads and mentors QA engineers, collaborates closely with product and engineering teams, and ensures that AI-generated tests are effectively verified and maintained for reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining test plans, reviewing test coverage, monitoring defect trends, optimizing CI/CD integration of automated tests, and driving root-cause analysis and quality metrics. The role also contributes to QA tooling decisions, partners in evolving QAShift’s managed QA platform and Labs technologies, and represents QA in stakeholder discussions on release readiness and quality standards.

Qualifications
Strong background with 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, including test strategy, test planning, and end-to-end QA process management.
