Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 6–8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend CRM solutions.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, ribbon customizations, and Power Automate flows.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, Web API, Azure Services, or Logic Apps.
Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe,



or other ETL tools.
Design and develop reports using SSRS and Power BI.
Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
Provide technical guidance and functional support to business users.
Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend performance improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
