Wood Couture is looking for a senior, hands-on Operations Head – India to lead and develop our India operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the India operations and initial team
• Oversee Hospitality project delivery from production through installation
• Manage subcontractor factories, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Establish operational processes, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting systems
• Drive quality, cost, timelines, and operational performance
• Identify and manage project, supplier, quality, and delivery risks
• Work closely with Group leadership on India operations and business development
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a senior operations/project delivery skilled with 10–15 years of experience, including 3–5+ years in a leadership role, preferably within:




FF&E; | Luxury Furniture | Joinery | Interior Fit-Out | Hospitality | Furniture Manufacturing | Construction
Strong experience in team leadership, subcontractor management, project delivery, manufacturing coordination, quality control, and operational process development is essential.

? AI & Digital Skills: Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Copilot for reporting, analysis, documentation, and process improvement will be an advantage.

? Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate
